Initial Appointment £150
Beginning with an assessment of your current riding position and body measurements, we explain what’s causing current issues and produce a geometry chart (to take home). We use this data to find your limitations on the bike and discover what prevents you achieving the ‘ideal’ position.
We explore the common compensations riders make and, together we’ll devise an action plan to find comfort in a position you can sustain that will preserve your cycling longevity.
Follow-up £60
A session to follow-up and build upon an initial appointment.
Other £20-£60
Cardiff Bike Fit offer a range of shorter appointments for specific bike-fitting related issues that don’t require an initial appointment. E.g., saddle testing, shoe fitting, raising or lowering your handlebars. Contact us to book.
