How do I work out which size bike to buy?

The ‘Complete’ Fit can be adjusted to your chosen discipline e.g., cross-country, cyclocross, road, track.

The Advanced Bike Fit is an appointment of around 2 hours in which we address all aspects of the Complete Bike Fit as well as specific issues/injuries and planning from improved cycling performance. The advanced fit ensures a position that is appropriate, effective, and healthy for you and includes correction of the foot/pedal interface and peddling efficiency analysis using our 3D camera and live dynamic jig. The advanced bike fit with movement specialist also includes an in-depth functional assessment, correctional measures for postural/functional issues, assessment of pelvic stability, and exercises to take home.

A bike fit that addresses the basics of a comfortable bike setup for casual riders and commuters. For cyclists using flat (non-clipping) pedals and ordinary shoes. If you’re enjoying leisure cycling but finding you’re not quite comfortable, this is the fit for you. We’ll look at your saddle, grips, seat height, and handlebars.

Measuring your foot in length and width is the start of finding the right shoes.

Actually trying on the shoes is the next stage.

We can also fit insoles which can improve every aspect of your cycling.
